The herein website is the property of Area Qualità srl, Via Comelico 3, Milan, which is responsible for all matters regarding the management of data and the website. WebEndoscopy® is neither an individual nor a legal entity, but is a registered trademark, which nobody can copy and/or use without specific approval by Area Qualità srl.

The aim of WebEndoscopy® is to permit the exchange and comparison of professional experiences concerning Digestive Endoscopy on an international scale, allowing specialists from this sector to interact through the study, analysis and sharing of real-life clinical cases shown in pictures and videos. All users registered on the website can view the website contents without limitations and can also publish links to pages within the areas, where permitted, on Facebook, Twitter and Google+; the same link can be sent via email or copied and published in other websites. Non-registered users, who access content from outside WebEndocopy®, can read the texts, view the first 30 seconds of videos, but cannot enter the photogallery, cannot share and/or access profiles that are reserved to registered users.

Pursuant to article 13 of the Legislative Decree 196/03 (formerly article 10 of Law 675/96), we are herein providing you with the following information.

We gather your personal information in the following modes:

Using the link “Search colleagues by name”, it will also be possible to search for other registered users on the website and request their “friendship” or “connection”, as also happens on other websites/social networks such as Facebook and Linkedin.

Area Qualità srl will store your data with or without the aid of electronic or automatic media, and solely for the purposes described above, to allow all registered users to navigate the website correctly, to allow professionals in the Digestive Endoscopy sector to contact each other, to allow comparisons and consultations as specified above and to send necessary communications. Users use the website under their own responsibility. Area Qualità srl is not responsible for any damages caused by the use of the website WebEndoscopy® by the users or by third parties.
